WhisperPaw Songs (“WhisperPaw,” “we,” “us”) operates whisperpawsongs.com and related services to create and deliver custom pet songs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you order a song, track an order, contact support, or browse our website, and how we use and protect that information.

WhisperPaw is a digital-only service. We do not ship physical products. Songs and printable lyrics are delivered by email as downloadable files.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use WhisperPaw, we may collect:

• Order and pet story details — your email address, pet name, species, breed or type, age, personality traits, memories, occasion (birthday, memorial, gift, etc.), music genre preference, and any optional message you include for Lily & Ryan to write from.
• Payment-related information — checkout is processed by Whop, our payment partner. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and basic transaction metadata; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Support communications — messages you send to hello@whisperpawsongs.com, including refund requests or order questions.
• Delivery files — the finished song (MP3), printable lyrics PDF, and optional private gift reveal link associated with your order.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

We do not require you to create a customer account to place an order. Order lookup on Track My Order uses the email address associated with your purchase.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Write, produce, and deliver your custom pet song
• Process payment and send order confirmations and delivery emails
• Respond to support, refund, and revision requests
• Improve our website, ordering experience, and studio workflow
• Detect fraud, abuse, and technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We use the pet story you provide solely to create your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

Service Providers

We share information with trusted vendors only as needed to operate WhisperPaw, including:

• Whop — payment processing and checkout
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — website, API, and file delivery
• Analytics and advertising partners — site usage measurement (see Cookies)

These providers may process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand traffic, and measure marketing performance. This may include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and Cloudflare analytics, depending on what is enabled in production.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect parts of the checkout or analytics experience but should not prevent you from completing an order.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain order records, pet story details, and delivered song files long enough to fulfill your order, honor our 30-day refund policy, respond to support requests, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete information where applicable law allows.

Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@whisperpawsongs.com. We may need to verify your identity using the email address on your order.

California residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Children's Privacy

WhisperPaw is intended for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard order data and limit access to systems that store it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of WhisperPaw after changes means you accept the updated policy.
